St John Safe Clean Drinking Water Project (SCDWP)

The City is partnering with P3 Canada and the Province of New Brunswick to deliver the SCDWP.

Saint John plans to construct a new 75 million litre per day drinking water treatment plant, three new 11 million litre storage reservoirs and 13 other water transmission system improvements. In addition to these projects, well site development will take place on the City’s west side. The drinking water project will provide Saint John residents with cleaner, safer water and allow the City to minimize maintenance costs.
