Within the development of training tools, regardless of the training plans established by the respective legal frameworks, one of the most noteworthy of recent years is the GLOBAL INDUCTION PROGRAMME directed to workers based on the mandatory ten (10) Rules of the Company involving health and safety as well as health and safety training for the entire organisation inspired by models of twelve (12) countries and available in four (4) languages (Spanish, English, French, and Brazilian Portuguese).
The content of the global courses is updated according to the development of the business, with references to twelve (12) countries: Canada, USA, Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Poland, Turkey, Ecuador, Gabon, Colombia and Australia.
Design of the On-line International Basic Course on Occupational Risk Prevention, in which ACCIONA intends to complement the training of professionals in the sector with a global and transversal vision of safety and health in the workplace. The course consists of two content modules: International Basic Course on Occupational Risk Prevention, Management and regulation of PRL and three major specialities have been identified relating to the type of the works: Building and civil engineering, Energy Sector, Water Sector.
The contents are adapted for nine countries, updated according to the development of the business and containing references to twelve countries: Canada, USA, Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Poland, Turkey, Ecuador, Gabon, Colombia and Australia.
ACCIONA has launched a new communications campaign aimed at improving workplace safety by means of ten (10) basic compulsory rules in all workplaces in which ACCIONA has global presence. This is regardless of the Workplace Risk Prevention (WRP) laws and procedures in force in each country. The campaign has the support of various public administrations in the countries in which ACCIONA operates, including Mexico and Chile.
